we exist to bring glory to god in all things as we seek to know christ and make him known in durham, the nh seacoast and across the world.

We’re here to build His kingdom for His glory. This goal drives our ministries, outreach, and services. By sharing life with each other, by caring for our community, by extending His love to anyone and everyone, we’re a part of the greatest revolution to ever come to this broken world: the church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It’s all for His glory. Everything is.

We're Worshipers

“So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
— 1 Corinthians 10:31

We exist to glorify God through worship. Worship is not just Sunday mornings. Worship is not just singing. Worshiping God is not compartmentalized. Everything is to be done in an attitude of worship toward God – every word, every action, and every thought.

We're A Community

Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.
— Corinthians 12:12-14

The Christian faith is not meant to be personal or private. It is meant to have its foundation in community. True community means loving and caring for one another, supporting and building up each other and having honest and authentic relationships. There can be messiness, but we are all part of one body; the body of Christ.

We're Proclaimers

Multiplication begins with proclamation.

And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
— MATTHEW 28:18-20

Service presents opportunities for proclamation.

If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you.
— John 13:14-15
