students 5-12 grade
DEC Students exists to help teens encounter God and experience the life they were created for. We serve grades 5-12 on a weekly basis here on the DEC campus. We create an experience for students to know God and deepen their faith. We play games, study Scripture in small groups, and include messages geared toward middle and high school students respectively.
Grades 5-8 meet on Sundays* from 5:00-6:30 pm in the DEC Community Room
Grades 9-12 meet on Sundays from 7:00-8:30 pm in the DEC Community Room
*The First Sunday of Every Month - Youth Group meets at the Seymour Osman Community Center (SOCC) where high school students serve and middle schoolers join! The SOCC Youth Group times are 5:00PM-7:00PM. *High school volunteers and leaders please arrive at 4:30.
DEC High School Fellowship Dinner
Date: September 27, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM–8:30 PM
We will gather with our high school students for a fellowship dinner centered around food, friendship, and meaningful community. This will be an opportunity for our students to enjoy a meal together, build relationships, and experience the kind of fellowship we see in the early church in Acts 2:41–47.
This will be a potluck so we are asking parents and church members to help provide dinner for our students by signing up to bring a main dish or other food items for the meal.
