S’mores n’ More
Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010
In this hectic life we live, it is so important to get out and away from our regular routines, escaping and relaxing in God’s provision. This weekend is designed for our “family” to bond, build relationships and make great memories. Throughout the weekend we plan on sharing meals together, hiking and other recreational activities, bond-fire with s’mores, a variety/talent show, Sunday morning devotional and worship with the campground community… There’s fishing, swimming, sports courts, playgrounds, trails for walking and biking, canoe and kayak rentals (or bring your own), places to sit and be quiet, and nearby sites to visit. This weekend camping trip is open to any DEC folks and friends you invite, whether singles, families of all ages, students, couples with no kids, adults young and mature!!
Details:
Where: Seven Maples Campground, Hancock, NH www.sevenmaples.com
When: Friday, August 13th (check in anytime after 2:00) until Monday, August 16th (check out by 1:00)
Cost: $27-$30 per night depending on site (water/electric hook ups, etc…) There are a number of sites grouped together in a wooded area that will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Overflow bookings will be located throughout the “common campground.”
